Pakhtoon American Community Association (PACA) is a non-profit charitable organization registered under 501(c)(3) of IRS.
PACA is a non-political and non-religious organization organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. It will not participate in political or religious affairs of any country. It shall refrain from giving preference to any ethnic group within Pakhtoons and non-Pakhtoons.

  • PACA 2014 Conference

    On August 31st, 2014, PACA held its Annual Conference in John Hopkins Auditotium, Rockville, Maryland. The theme of the conference was "Integration of Pakhtoon-American community through volunterism and collaboration.". The conference was attended by participants from Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and Pakistan. A list of presentations is provided below:
