Welcome to the Home of Pakhtoons!

Pakhtoon American Community Association (PACA) is a non-profit charitable organization registered under 501(c)(3) of IRS.
PACA is a non-political and non-religious organization organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. It will not participate in political or religious affairs of any country. It shall refrain from giving preference to any ethnic group within Pakhtoons and non-Pakhtoons.


  • Membership


    Application for voting membership shall be open to any person who supports the mission of PACA and who pays the annual dues as set by the Board of Directors.

    Types of Membership

    There shall be three types of members: general, senior citizen, and student.

    • Senior citizen member is defined as anyone who is over the age of 65 years.

    • Student members are individuals who are currently enrolled in a school, college or university.

    • General membership is defined as anyone who does not meet the criteria set for senior citizen members or student members.

    Members from all nationalities and backgrounds are invited and encouraged to participate in our organization at all levels.


    Dues for members shall be established by the Board of Director. Board of

    Directors cannot increase membership fees more than 10 percent annually. To increase the membership more than 10% will require a vote of the majority of members. The current rates are as follows:

    •General $50 per year

    •Senior citizens $20 per year

    •Student $20 per year

    Spouse and dependent children do not have to pay membership fee but will have the rights of a full voting member.

    Rights & Benefits

    Rights and benefits for members are as follows: •Members, unlike non-members, have the right to elect members of the Board of Directors.

    •Each member has one vote.

    •Members will receive a copy of the annual report, which will underscore services and the financial statements of PACA.

    •Members have the right to serve on the Board of Directors and committees.

    •Members and their families will be invited to the annual membership meeting.


    Those individual who want to participate in PACA without becoming members may do so. Except for voting, they can fully participate in PACA activities.
