Believing in the value of collective wisdom, management of PACA lies with the Board of Directors. All decisions are made by a majority vote of board members.

Asnaf Qadir
An I.T. professional working with SWIFT. He is the Director and helps with the I.T. needs.
Dawood Khan
An entrepreneur by profession, is currently working in retail industry in Maryland.  He is the Vice Charman of PACA
Khalid Khan
A Project Coordinator working with a U.S. Federal Government contracting firm. He is the Co-Chairman of PACA
Mohammad Javaid
An Entrepreneur and Financial Expert. He is in charge of membership division of PACA. He is the Treasurer of PACA
Qasim Yousafzai
A Journalist by profession; he is the General Secretary of PACA
Raza-ul-Hasan
An I.T. Instructor and Project Manager; he is the Co-Chairman of PACA.
Professor Amjad
An Agriculture Researcher; he is the Director
Zeeshan Babar
A Hospital Information Expert; he is the Director and helps with the social needs of the community
